DfT guidance means that licensing authorities now need to carry out criminality checks on drivers every 6 months. This either involves completing new DBS Checks or managing Update Service subscriptions for all the drivers licensed by your council.

The DBS has recently announced that following a fee review, they have proposed to Parliament a reduction in price or all levels of DBS Checks. As long as it passes through Parliament, from April we will be able to offer these reduced prices for all our customers.
