National Taxi and Private Hire Driver Survey (Terms and Conditions)

The National Taxi and Private Hire Survey (the Survey) is being run by Personnel Checks Ltd T/A TaxiPlus in partnership with TaxiPoint Limited (the Organisers).

By completing the Survey you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Survey Eligibility

The survey is open to any taxi or private hire driver (incl. chauffeurs and executive drivers) who has held a valid licence with any UK licensing authority within the last 12 months.

Employees of the Organisers are eligible to complete the survey if they are licensed drivers, but will not be permitted entry to the prize draw.

Entrants must be 18+.

No purchase is necessary for entry.

You do not need to have used either TaxiPlus or TaxiPoint’s services to be eligible to complete the survey.

In entering the survey, you confirm that you meet these requirements and agree to the Survey privacy policy.

Survey Responses

All entries must be received by 23:59 on 15/09/2024. Submissions after this point may still be used in the data analysis but will not be eligible for the prize draw.

Only one entry is permitted per person.

The Prize Draw

All survey respondents who provide a valid email address and complete the National Taxi and Private Hire Survey in full will be entered into the prize draw to win a £500 Amazon voucher.

The winner will be drawn in November 2024 and announced alongside the launch of the survey results. The date is yet to be determined and will depend on the volume of survey responses and consequent data analysis.

Each email address associated with a completed submission will be assigned a unique number.

A random number generator will be used to draw a number.

The email address which matches that number will be selected as the winner.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

The Organisers reserve the right to cancel the survey or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
